-I notice it since today 10/08/2015, when i joined a bf4 server with metabans.com plugin.
-I never knew that i was banned by metabans.com until now, If i'm not wrong, i'm been banned at this date "2013-11-06" but i can't find anywhere the reason why i'm banned, i've been checking all records on this site " https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/aers20/nhistory#toc-bf4-name-history "

All that i know is that i boosted before on Battlefield 3 on my medic, if that's why.
I'm learned my lesson and won't do it again, i'm enjoying battlefield 4 now and having legit fun.

I have relooked on the website and i found out why my account was banned, i found that this name was linked to my account https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/SOLOxYOLO
When my account was hacked, a year ago, around 2014, i found out my account was hacked, i was kind of few years unactive with origin, so at 2014 i had to call EA that my account was hijacked, i have no idea how i could proof that it wasn't me and that my account was hacked, perhaps i could take a screenshot of EA support, ill take a look or i could proof that i'm inoccent

I'd say at a guess you would need to show the correspondence from EA, to me just sending that in is not enough, it needs a reply to it.

I also forgot to add,

Even though you say you have gotten control back over your account, the GUID has been compromised and a lot of admins will not unban it, as account security is up to the individual, sorry to be blunt it's just the facts of it.

I have come across this sort of thing in the past, not saying you did cheat but some have, then claim their Origin account was compromised when they eventually got caught.

The end story is that your PBGUID has been compromised and the ban is placed on the GUID not the player.

I can show the respond of EA agent, but after that we did call about two hours long, I was unactive for few years on my account,
so i never had the change to change my password when EA information was leaked. But here was the respond of EA

but i did contacted EA from belguim so i could speak in native language, but that was their answers and after that i had to call them, because it's the only way to verify your own account

Couldn't you help me out with it ? It's the first time i have to look in that kind of site wich looks like a maze to me, everytime i take a step, i walk against a wall, but anyway, did you read my another reply's in this topic ? My account was hijacked and all what i could find is this suspicious stats,

He admitted that his account got hacked, so why would you ask him to provide battle reports, normally you guys don't overturn bans if the account was hacked

Cause I Do not see any evidence of cheats used with this account.
