You didn't even link your proper battlelog profile.

Secondly if your H/K stats reaches to high in a short of time it will quickly flag you as cheater and ban you for it.

So yeah, your banappeal would probably be rejected since high HSK or H/S ratio will look suspicous especially when you are new player.

As i can see in your Reason you tryed to join a JAH-Server.

Your Account isnt banned on our Servers but you're linked to a cheater because of Free-VPN using.

Try a normal IP or pay for your VPN to avoid problems like this.
