General Discussion & News / Re: Linked Assessements
« on: August 23, 2019, 04:50:08 »
Well what is going on here is that these names/accounts have played on your IP-Address before. From what I know, 247fairplay does not only match people with different names on the same GUID, but it also matches accounts that have played on the same IP-Address.

Hey Ammar_042,

Nice try to get your account deleted on here, though I very much doubt that this will actually happen. First and foremost, this website isn't that active anymore and is only used by server admins to look some people up whether they have cheated or not. Its database is however not linked anymore to any server as that isn't possible anymore because the API is not available any longer. Whilst this isn't any reason to formally take in account, it is something that should be considered before persuing your right to be forgotten.

The right to be forgotten that is located in article 17 of the GDPR is only applicable when we can speak of "personal data". Although it seems that this is "personal data", this isn't really the case for some of the data. "Personal Data" is defined as "any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;" according to article 4 sub 1. most likely acquires several personal data, such as your nickname, your dynamic or static IP address and your EA/PB guid.

First of, your nickname is not data that can be directly related to you as the nickname itself is a pseudonymization of your real name. Henceforth, this cannot be seen as "personal data" and thus you will have no right to be forgotten there.
For the dynamic/static IP address and EA/PB guid you might have a point. The Court of Justice of the European Union has concluded in its case regarding Breyer/Germany that these kind of data can be seen as personal data in the light of the directive that was implemented before the GDPR (privacydirective 95/46). Assuming that this is "personal data", we would then need to see if this personal data is being processed. Obviously it is saved by and thus we can also speak of processing the personal data. Lastly we would need to determine who is the responsible person/company for the processing of this personal data. Seeing that 247fairplay represents the purpose of the processing of the personal data and invests in the activity of making this processing of the personal data available, they would be seen as the responsible company. This can all be read in the infamous Google Spain case. What can also be read in there is that in point/consideration 74 and onwards, that personal data on the internet can be processed legally for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by, in this case,, whenever it prevails over the interests such as the fundamental rights and freedom of the data subject, which is you. It is very likely that this exception is the case for Their legitimate interests are to inform the public of your bad behaviour in the community of Battlefield. Seeing that nobody on the internet, except for EA or PB or any third party that EA has given your personal data too, can boil your IP address or EA/PB guid towards you as a person, you will not be hit in your fundamental rights such as privacy.

Regarding what I have said above, I do not deem it likely that what is your personal data, shall be deleted or altered. You do however have the right to get a look into your personal data that has been stored on this website and that is what should do.

Yeah so uhm, the stats kinda speak for themselves I would say.
12721722 hours spend
388888992 knife kills
Not sure how he got these stats seeing his battlereports on:
But I would deem it as cheating since these stats just arent humanly possible.

General Discussion & News / Any updates surrounding Battlefield 1?
« on: January 22, 2017, 08:08:40 »
Goodday all,

After some months there hasn't been that many updates surrounding an open API coming from EA/Dice (atleast for what I know), though I have seen some websites that already have set up a stats page or are currently working on it. For example there is who have a stats website of lots of players, though it is unknown to me on how they are able to achieve these stats.
Another example is They do not have a stats website up, but they are saying that they are currently working on it.

So this let me wondering, is 247fairplay doing anything already? Or are we still at the same spot as a few months ago?
I understand that EA/Dice does not have released a proper monitoring program for the servers, which is needed for setting up plugins on the server to be able to stream the bans of 247fairplay to it.
Just wondering if someone else has come to know more in this period of time.

Dice cut us all out of the system and went to a purely stats based algorithm called FairFight FF which is easy to get around if you keep up with the cheat sites and know how they are doing it.

I really hope that is not true Slayer. Big HUGE mistake if it is...  :(

With no Rcon it's not looking good at all for admins. Only ones who get the joy from what Dice is doing is the cheaters and the serial tards.

Aye, it is almost as if Dice wants cheaters in their game. And if they have the argument that their fairfight program is gonna get the cheaters out, then I am gonna laugh.

You arent banned at this website, otherwise it would say "SUSPECTED CHEATING" on your profile.

So now that we all somewhat agree on having more admins on this website, I think we are missing an opinion from @grizzly on this.
Grizzly, are you able to give an opinion on adding more admins to and if you agree to this, when will this be likely to happen?

Also, are there any barriers keeping you from adding more admins on

And I think smellblood would make a good admin, his posts are always relevant to the topic and are proper / intelligent responses, obviously only grizzly has the decision but it would be nice to see smellblood become an admin, he could certainly bring a lot to the table.

My thanks to you for your kind words!

personally you are one of the regular, that I would add as admin.

but only Grizzly got the final decision.

Thanks Iso9002, that does mean a lot to me.

Reading this is informative and gives me another side of the story, however I think it is a good time to get back to the title of this whole topic.
Since Iso and Fair_admin are both saying that there is a lack of admins, then what is the hold up on adding more admins?

I myself have requested numerous times to become an admin and I still hope that I am the sort of person you guys are looking.

P.s. Yes I am still here, I stopped making the lists due to shortage of time, but I still stand by the fact that it was a good try! ;)

« on: August 10, 2016, 04:53:00 »
@dugandjo is right, the banned status is sometimes added after you update a person with the update button. I do not know if this is fixed though so that these stats are always "updated".

I hope it is now always up to date,  I really enjoyed popping players from nothing showing to SUSPECTED CHEATING. ;)

I couldn't agree more with you on that!
