Bug Reports & Feature Requests / strange problem on two specific accounts

BF4 stats don't load for these two users:

https://www.247fairplay.com/CheatDetector/GamingMouse07    (BF3 stats load for this one, but not the BF4 stats)

In both cases, the problem appears to be that 247fairplay believes that the players' UID is one character shorter than it really is. The battlelog links shown in 247 are
